I my role, I have strategically led the creative team and built streamlined processes that optimize the delivery of high-impact assets. We manage the marketing for 12+ developments in Florida and create all marketing communications (email, social, digital banners, marketing materials, and events) for our clients.

888 Brickell | Dolce&Gabbana
For 888 Brickell — Miami’s tallest tower and Dolce&Gabbana’s first residential project in the U.S. — our role was to translate the brand’s unmistakable luxury aesthetic into a cohesive, high-impact marketing ecosystem. Every asset, from digital experiences to print collateral and sales materials, had to reflect D&G’s signature elegance, bold identity, and meticulous craftsmanship. Working within their brand guidelines, we elevated each touchpoint to deliver an immersive visual narrative that matched the exclusivity of the project and the lifestyle it represents.

Our creative challenge was to capture the brand’s unmistakable blend of playfulness, design-forward sensibility, and effortlessly cool energy — the “nothing but Standard” vibe — across every marketing touchpoint. Working from The Standard’s distinctive visual language, we translated its spirit into a cohesive suite of assets, from digital campaigns and social content to print collateral and branded materials. While staying true to the brand’s iconic personality, we elevated the visual expression to reflect the sophistication and modern luxury of the residential development. Each piece was crafted to express the project’s unique identity: chic, unconventional, elevated, and unmistakably The Standard.

 
 
 

SurfRow Residences | Surfside

Inspired by nature and contemporary architecture, Surf Row Residences gave us the opportunity to translate its luxury beachfront lifestyle into a refined, cohesive marketing experience. Our design direction centered on expressing the project’s elevated sense of wellness, tranquility, and intimacy — a limited collection of just 24 residences, each crafted for a calm, sophisticated life steps from the ocean.

Through a carefully curated visual language, we blended organic textures, airy compositions, and serene color palettes to evoke the feeling of relaxed coastal luxury. Every marketing asset — from digital campaigns and social content to print collateral and sales materials — was designed to communicate the project’s essence: an intimate, wellness-driven, elevated beachfront sanctuary in the heart of Surfside.
